Resolved Course Cover / Avatar has to be uploaded each time, why not select from media

Hi, when creating multiple courses by one user / teacher who wants to use the same cover / avatar, each course requires a fresh upload of the image.

It would be more useful to be able to select the cover / avatar from the media center.
