The course is not recognizing the completion of Final Exam and course completion. After successfully completing the final exam it stays in “Pending” mode and the exam questions revert back to being blank.
A student alerted me with the problem, I completed the course and it happened to me as well.(visual attachment) Hopefully, this has not also compromised on the other courses, which I will check this also to make sure.
We upgraded to Joomla 3.7 last week, not sure if that has caused the issue. It has worked fine until this past week.
