Can you briefly explain the how the "relative weight" works in Campaign Details page. By default it is set to 100. Currently we would like Campaign A to run 25% more frequently than Campaign B.

How do we adjust the settings or what values do we apply to this field to establish one campaign gets more frequency than another?

Campaign A = 300 Relative Weight
Campaign B = 100 Relative Weight

I can't find any documentation for this crucial and awesome element so I don't even know what values to start with beyond the base 100.
